Wish as adult: SUPERB BLENDER

Been thinking about two weeks, I am considering to buy a blender! 
And here I am! Last Saturday I finally decide to put an investment to blender
700 watt blender with high speed and speciality to crush frozen ice
sounds perfect for ideal smoothies bowls right?!
Seems it is too late for summer hot day, but who cares! 
Here you go some classic recipes that I used to make in home: 





Super berries + banana

1 medium frozen banana, calories: 105 cal

5 medium frozen strawberries, calories: @4 x 5 = 20 cal
10 frozen blueberries, calories: 8 cal
1/2 cup coconut almond milk unsweetened: 30 cal
2 tbsp plain greek yoghurt: 35 cal

TOTAL 198 calories 

(Not including toppings)

Toppings suggestion: 
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1/2 fresh banana
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup Homemade buckwheat granola (Recipes next!)

Banana Chocolate 


1 medium frozen banana 

1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut almond milk unsweetened
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter 

Greenies

1 cup baby spinach

1 apple (i used fuji apple) calories: 69 cal
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey 

Toppings suggestion:

1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup of fresh pineapple

TIPS: to make your smoothies bowl thicker, it is preferably to use frozen fruits, do not required some ices! 



Buckwheat granola 


1 cup raw buckwheat

1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey 

Mix together 

Spread in 1 layer, baked in 150 C for 45 minutes
